7.1 In the event that the customer fails to attend the session without giving 24-hour prior notice after purchasing the online consultation service, refund requests will not be accepted. However, if the customer provides notice at least 24 hours in advance, a new session will be scheduled within the purchased month on a date and time agreed upon by both the Seller and the Buyer.

7.2 In case of any disruptions or dissatisfaction during the provision of the consultation service, alternative solutions will be offered to the buyer.

7.3 Customer satisfaction is our priority; therefore, we are open to all complaints and suggestions. Necessary steps will be taken to ensure customer satisfaction.

Right of Withdrawal

10.1 The BUYER, in distance contracts related to the sale of goods, can exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the BUYER or the person/organization at the designated address, by notifying the SELLER. In distance contracts related to the provision of services, this period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires. The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER. By accepting this contract, the BUYER acknowledges that they have been informed about the right of withdrawal.

Işık Ece Tezgel Gönül is not responsible for any damages incurred by the SELLER due to the BUYER exercising the right of withdrawal.

10.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the SELLER via registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email within the 14-day period, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions of "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" specified in this contract. In the event of exercising this right:

10.2.1 The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the BUYER (if the invoice for the product to be returned is issued to a corporation, it must be returned with the return invoice issued by the corporation. The return of orders invoiced to corporations cannot be completed without a RETURN INVOICE).

10.2.2 The return form,

10.2.3 The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged along with its box, packaging, and, if applicable, standard accessories.

10.2.4 The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and return any documents that place the BUYER under debt within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification and to accept the return of the goods within 20 days.

10.2.5 If the value of the goods decreases due to a fault of the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER for their losses in proportion to their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for any changes or deterioration in the product due to proper use during the withdrawal period.

10.2.6 If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the total amount to fall below the campaign limit set by the SELLER, the discount provided as part of the campaign will be canceled.

Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

11.1 a) Contracts related to goods or services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or provider.

b) Contracts for goods prepared according to the consumer’s requests or personal needs.

c) Contracts for goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery, and which are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

d) Contracts for goods that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and cannot be separated due to their nature.

e) Contracts for books, digital content, and computer supplies provided in physical form, data recording, and data storage devices, if their packaging, tape, seal, or package has been opened after delivery.

f) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement.

g) Contracts for services executed instantly in electronic environments or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

h) Books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, as well as stationery supplies (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.), must have their packaging unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused to be eligible for return.

For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order.
