Privacy Policy

Confidentiality Commitment: The parties agree to keep confidential any information, documents, written and/or verbal statements received under this agreement, and not to disclose or share them with third parties.

Use of Information: The parties commit to using the information received solely for the purposes and collaboration specified in this agreement. Using the information for any other purpose will be considered a breach of the agreement.

Information Security: The parties will take the necessary security measures to protect the received information and ensure that it is protected against unauthorized access. Measures required to ensure information security will be implemented.

Assignment of Agreement: The parties agree not to assign the terms of this agreement to any other person or organization under any circumstances.

Term of Agreement: This confidentiality agreement will be effective from the date of signing and may be terminated at any time with mutual consent of the parties.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved according to Turkish Law, and the courts of İzmir will have jurisdiction.

This agreement has been mutually accepted and signed in accordance with the above terms.
